About Us

Usha Sagar
Usha Sagar is the founder of JEEVI Mental Health & Holistic Wellbeing Services and an APS-affiliated counsellor with over 12 years of professional experience in counselling, coaching, and psychology, alongside more than two decades of supporting individuals through trauma, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Diploma of Counselling, and has worked as a Suicide Prevention and Crisis Support Worker with Lifeline Australia, offering calm, ethical support in high-stress and crisis situations.
Usha is also a trauma-informed counsellor and empowerment coach known for her integrative brain–body approach to healing.
